Lianyuan Kang Biotech Co., Ltd. has officially established a Joint Research Center with the Hunan Institute of Agricultural Products Processing & Quality Safety at the Yuelushan Laboratory in Changsha. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing innovation and industrial development in citrus deep processing and natural plant extracts.
The Hunan Institute of Agricultural Products Processing & Quality Safety is renowned for its expertise in agricultural product processing technologies, quality and safety evaluation, and the development of functional natural ingredients. By combining the institute's strong research capabilities with Kang Biotech's extensive manufacturing experience and industrial-scale production, the Joint Research Center will accelerate the commercialization of innovative botanical ingredients.
The collaboration will focus on developing high-value citrus-derived ingredients, including:

- Neohesperidin Dihydrochalcone (NHDC)
- Naringenin
- Hesperidin
- Hesperetin
The two organizations will jointly optimize extraction technologies, expand application research, and accelerate industrial-scale production. They will also establish a resource-sharing platform to promote talent development, scientific research projects, and intellectual property innovation, further strengthening technological competitiveness.
